E-Billing System

The system contains


• One server machine running by Windows Server 2019 connected by wires
or wireless as required.
• Terminals, minimum one and expended you need (three terminal licenses
provided, additional terminal is provided on extra payments).

For Backend Database Sqlerver 2019 is used

Terminal(s) managed by
administrator

Administrator can create areas.


Administrator can create other administrator(s), meter readers, SDOs, In charges
and UA and assigned their rights and their areas.
Primary or secondary Administrator can create billable objects and assign billing
to them. (Bills are editable in future).
Electricity bills can be divided in slabs and each slab automatically adjust slab bill.
If someone not pay the bill, arrears automatically transferred to the net month
bill.
Bill is divided in 3 leaflets for different branches. (Sample is attached)
Each bill contains readable barcode.
Receivable summary available all time
Received bill summary can be pint between 2-time intervals. (Time interval may
be one day or may be one year)
Account book can be printed at any time.
ROR report is available between 2-time intervals. (Time interval may be one day
or may be one year)
List of active or non active clients is available all time.
Wapda recovery report is available between 2-time intervals. (Time interval may
be one day or may be one year).

Notes:
 Backup services of application is provided for one year. It may continue by
the mutual agreement of the 2 parties,
 Sqlserver 2019 and Windows server is not provided by the software
development company. They are the responsibilities of the 2nd party.
 After the deployment of application, additional api’s and reports are
charged separately.
 About 2 months are required to complete deploy of the application.
