statements of WACK WACK CONDOMINIUM CORP for the year ended December 31, 2022, please
furnish them as soon as possible with the following information described below of which you have
knowledge for the period beginning January 1, 2022 until the date of your reply:

1. Nature and current status of any litigation or claim in which the Company
is involved and estimate of the ultimate cost or recovery by the
Company;

2. Description and amount of any significant judgements rendered or

settlements made during the period either in favor or against the
Company;

3. Any transaction, and any changes in our business activities and policies,
which have had or might have a significant effect in our financial position
or results of operation;

4. Any changes made or which should be made in the certificate of

incorporation or by-laws or similar matters relating to statutory regulatory
requirements;

5. Any condition or circumstances regarding issued shares of stock which

would prevent them from being validly issued, fully paid and non-
assessable, or which otherwise result in the stockholders being subject
to liability.

If after your reply additional developments or similar events come to your attention, please inform our
