    R/Sir,

    It is humbly stated that vide receipt received from your respective


    institute, an amount of Rs.540/- has been shown as arrear for the month of
    August against the undersigned. But it is to apprise that I have deposited all
    the fee of your school in time. (Last fee deposit attached)

    It is requested that I may be appraised about its detail for further
