- note 1 - re: the distribution of high vs. low pitches - try various possibilities; what is given is a suggestion
only
- note 2 - the commas show possible phrases, as implied by the high-low sounds; several patterns have 2 (or
even 3?) good starting points
- note 3 - the patterns gradually increase in "density" (i.e. the number of sounds actually heard over the two
bars: 7 sounds = pattern 1; 8 sounds = patterns 2-5; 9 sounds = patterns 6-12; 10 sounds = patterns 13-19;
11 sounds = patterns 20-24; 12 sounds = pattern 25
- note 4 - if playing the partido alto patterns at same time, the bell patterns below sound best with the
partido alto in the "4=3" direction; in a few cases (shown "or 3-4") the partido alto can run either way
- note 5 - TRY REVERSING THE ORDER OF THE BARS (in which case, the partido alto will also run in
the other direction, i.e. 3-4 instead of 4-3
- note 6 - EXPERIMENT !!!
