It is stated that I am Priya W/o Akash Kumar, PST BPS-14 at G.G.P.S

Ganja Taluka Mehar, as I am going through pregnancy cycle in final trimester and
doctor suggested me complete bed rest, so I want to take maternity leave of 45
days from 21-03-2023 to 04-05-2023, certificate of doctor and my ultrasound
report are attached here with application, kindly approve my maternity leave of
45 days so I can take care of my health.
