1. Give the job description of chief medical technologist

Chief medical technologist supervise, administrate, and perform standardized
specialized tests and examinations in a clinical laboratory.
They serve as chief technician for blood bank, hematology, and histology laboratory;
supervises and participates in the performance of all standard clinical lab tests and
procedures. They arrange the schedules for their subordinates, supervises the
maintenance of laboratory records and reports.

2. Give the job description of staff medical technologist?

Medical technologist are responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment that
is used to look for samples or specimens. They make sure that they log all the sample
results correctly. They perform professional laboratory work following established clinic
procedures and performs chemical and biological tests on patient specimens for medical
diagnosis.
