Royal Air Maroc (RAM) : RAM is wholly owned by the Moroccan Government, and has its
headquarters on the grounds of Casablanca-Anfa Airport. It joined the Oneworld alliance in 2020.
From its base at Mohammed V International Airport, the carrier operates a domestic network in
Morocco, scheduled international flights to Africa, Asia, Europe, and North and South America, and
occasional charter flights that include Hajj services.

- Air France have the power of vote, that can help her to make decisions good and beneficial for
her even if it don’t have a big share.

- The Moroccan government have a big voting power as the biggest shareholder and a political
and legal power, cause he’s the one who’s controlling and making laws, and he have four
representatives in the RAM’s board of directors

- We can say that Avioparts have an economic power, cause she’s the one who contribute in
supplying RAM with all lubricants required for all the aircraft engines, hydraulic systems, and
the APU´s in RAM’s fleet including Boeing’s 737 NG, 737 MAX, 767, 787 Dreamliner, ATR 72, and
Embraer 190, with a contract for period of 5 years long.

- The costumers have a big power that can make a lot of changings in the decisional
making of the Board administration or between shareholders, just with making complains
about the wrong decisions and the bad qualities in services and goods, and they have
also and big informational power.

development and financing a lot of new decisions and ideas like making new airports.

RAM from Air France, for making benefits from buying her own aircraft.

duration of the contract made with RAM’s, for making more benefits from taxes.
