SUPERTVISOR/AUDITOR IN THE
AFORESAID MATTER

MAY IT PLEASE YOUR HONOUR:

We, on behalf of the Complainants hereinabove humbly submit as under:

1) That the aforesaid matter has been admitted and it is at the stage of
filing the evidence.

2) That the complainants would like to state, as per the meeting dated
25-10-2021, held between the members of Omkar Realtors: Rahul
Maroo; Umesh J, Vibhuti S, Ashwini, India Bulls: Sandesh,
Omkar Buyer’s association core committee: Firuza, Ankush,
Joydip, Aparna, Keyur, Gautam and Omkar Buyers, it was
discussed that the payments made by the homebuyers of Tower-B
shall be used to complete the construction of not just tower B but
that of the entire project, namely Omkar Alta Monte.

3) That because of the reason stated in paragraph 2 above, the


complainants apprehend misappropriation of funds and/or diverting
of the funds for the construction and completion of the other towers
by the opposite parties and are thereby reluctant to make further
payments as demanded by the opposite parties, unless an expert is
appointed by the Hon’ble commission to supervise, monitor the
funds collected by the homebuyers of tower-B

4) Thereby, we request you to appoint a supervisor/auditor to ensure


that there is no misappropriation of funds in the above matter and it
is made sure that the funds are used for the completion of tower-B
only.

For this act of kindness, the Complainants shall ever pray
