Question:

How does your relationship with your parents affect your view of God?

Answer:

It affects the of our family, because we are purely from Catholic church aside from that we usually
go to church every Sunday. As time pass by, we stop going to church for the sick of my mom. We
are rarely to go church na dati, but we usually have a prayer time like, 3pm and 6pm we usually
pray to God. In Roman Catholic they pray for souls, which is that is the thing we usually do every
time we pray, we pray for the souls and our relatives na din. Now that I’ve become part of Christian
world, slowly my view on how the world should work and faith should is slowly changing. My
Mom isn’t resisting me what am I doing, kasi She know din naman tama yung doctrines or the
teaching of Christian, because the Catholic church revised and add some context which part of the
Bible is not.

Question:

In what ways do your family members see your example of being a disciple of Christ? In what
other ways can you model Christ in your home?

Answer:

Attending church activities and services, also being part of their ministry din. In my Relative house,
they use some curse words, which I don’t like. I use that kind of model of Christ in their homes,
and also trying to share the Gospel to them.

Questions:

Among the different manifestations of idolatry in the home, which one do you usually see in
families around you? How has it affected them? How can you avoid it in you home?
Worshiping Relics, Sometimes they devoted theirselves in order for them to please God. Actually
I can’t avoid it eh, because I’m quite scared to avoid it kasi sina Lola and Tita nag aano dun eh
baka mamaya mag karoon pa kami ng misunderstanding or conflict.
