Scan to URL
Sometimes it happens that our clients need to scan very large files by e-mail, unfortunately the mailboxes
have limits and such a process is not successful.
In this case, the Scan to URL function comes in handy.

What this feature offers:

▪ Scanned data will be saved into MFP’s embedded HDD temporarily.
▪ Instead of attaching scanned data, URL will be sent by E-mail.
▪ Users can download the scanned data from the URL

Important. To use this function,

▪ PC to retrieve the data must be inside the intranet

▪ It’s not possible to retrieve the data through outside open network.
