1. No verbal commitment made by company employee/representative shall be accepted. Only commitment
made via written communication duly signed by relevant authority shall be acceptable.
2. Cash payment is strictly prohibited by the company. Don't hand over cash, payment coupon to any
employee/representative of the company make payment only DD & A/c payee. RTGS, NEFT and inform
payment detail on company specify No. or SMS.
3. This Agreement makes all prior commitment rules will void.

Tea Norms and Policy for Existing Distributors
Profit Margin : There will be margin of 5% for distributors. Means to sell all product adding your margin

Security : He has to make the payment of 5001/- as token money (refund by cheque) and 2 blank signed
cheque as guarantee in favour of company. Company will not give any interest on token money.
Cash Discount : Cash Discount will be credited as the norms of payment.
a- Payment in advance 2%.
b- Payment with in 14 days from G.R. Date C.D. 1%.
Credit Policy : 1st three consignments will be in only advance payment then company will decide credit limit of the
distributor on the basis of the goodwill, Investment & turnover.
Credit Days : Distributor can avail maximum 21 days of credit (after three advance dealing along with recommended by A.S.M.)

Payment Mode : Payment should be drawn only through RTGS/NEFT or Transfer to same Bank. Bank commissions
and cash payment will not be entertained by the company.

Freight : F.O.R. delivery at Transport point.


Note : 1 Basic formalities e.i. PAN, GSTIN, Bank A/c No. is necessary.
2 Any claim should be submitted to the office till 2nd day of the next month with the supporting papers
so that it can be settled accordingly up to 30 days.
3 Distributor is not allowed to give any Cash. Coupon Credit bill or any valuable items to our sales
team, if distributor do the same, distributor will be responsible.
4 If distributor makes his payment after 30 days company will charge the interest@21% per annum.
5 Company will not allow any kind of claims and retailers bill which is given by distributor.
6 Distributor has no right to supply at area of another distributer, if company founds any case regarding
the same then penalty can be imposed to distributor of Rs. 5000/- to 21000/- and could be terminated
by the distributor ship.
7 Advertisement materials & other POP. material will be arranged by Company.
8 Distributor has the prime responsible for secondary sales and company will support for the same by
the sales force of the company.
9 Distributor is fully responsible to supply the retailers as per their orders. If sales person of company
give him the order from retailers he has to supply within 24hrs. But no any payment responsibility
would be paid on S.R. or company any person.
10 Distributor should have the stock of 15 days (Minimum & Maximum)
11 Letter pad 2 copies are compulsory with this inclosure one order written and one blank.
