According to the report of Global burden of disease study in 2017 it is estimated
that cardiovascular disease contribute 43% in death ratio worldwide. And the
patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and metabolic-associated
fatty liver disease (MAFLD) are at major risk to cardiovascular disease. In the
current study with metabolic-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) was studied
and divided into two groups on the bases of cardiovascular disease presence.
The machine learning technique (ML) was used to identify the patients with high
risk of cardiovascular infection. In current there are total 191 participants and in
which 46% with mean age 58 and SD 12 years and out of which 47 patients with
CVD history. The current study demonstrates on the bases of best model
operating on 5 most selective features correctly identify 114/114 (70.17%) mean
low risk to CVD and 40/47 (85.11%) with high risk of CVD. The basic finding of
the study were machine learning model to examine the high risk of CVD in
metabolic-associated fatty liver disease, which easy to interpret and diagnose the
risk of CVD. The current study aim to timely diagnose the risk of CVD in
MAFLD patients via using machine learning technique.
