Personal Reflection

I am very self-determined and have lots of evidence prove it, for example today in
my ascend class I had to organize my classmates to go to every class in the school
to announce a fundraiser and I was the one writing the script, organizing students
into groups, and explaining the plans to each individual group. Once I commit to
organizing an event or plan, I do not give up and I always give it my one hundred
percent effort. I can connect this to our 16 personalities assignment as that
reflection that I wrote says people with ENTJ personalities pursue long-term goals
with determination. I value diversity and love to learn more about diverse
cultures, a piece of evidence of this is when I was given the choice between
regular English class and First Peoples English, I chose First Peoples English as I
really wanted to learn about different perspectives, and I thoroughly enjoy the
class and learning about different world perspectives. I believe I am really good at
questioning and investigating as ever since I can remember I love learning about
new things and trying new things. Evidence of this is a little silly but I love
geography and every night before I go to bed, I play a world quiz and answer
different questions about flags around the world. I am beyond good at developing
ideas and I am proud to say so, I have two big pieces of evidence. In my Rec class I
was able to organize two major school events for teachers with support from
Mr.Weiss but not too much help, which I prefer, he would only give us feedback
but let us lead the way. The two events were a Halloween event and an easter
egg event that my group completely made up and it was the first time the school
ever had it and it went perfectly. I am so epic at communicating with others I
promise as I was doing this assignment I was on facetime with my friend and out
of the blue a couple sentences ago she said how good of a listener I am and she
really appreciates it, you are just going to have to take my word for it. This year
has really helped me find my personal strengths especially these past two weeks I
have been told twice from different people that they always ask me what to do
while setting up a pep rally or doing a group project because I always know what
needs to be done for a good outcome.
