I. Introduction & Background

We as People Development, are in charge of conducting and monitoring learning


programs for employees of EMS Group and its effectiveness.

1. To have a systematic program to monitor the learning programs from learning


program registration stage to learning program effectiveness.

II. Project Scope and Description

Details of the project are fully described below:

A. Submission Guidelines & Requirements

The following submission guidelines & requirements apply to the project stated in this
request:

1. The system shall be controlled by the Admin (People Development).

2. The system shall be accessed by all employees of EMS Group.

B. Budget Allocation
The following budget allocation guidelines will apply to this project:

 Number of available slots and remaining slots
 Can close the registration and with remarks “Registration has
already ended”
 Enrollees will type the ff:

 CORE Password
 Last Name, First Name, Middle Name (because there are
employees with same ID number but different company)
 Email address
 For Admin: Employee details to be seen:
 ID Number
 Complete Name
 Company
 Business Unit/Department
 Position Title
 Position Level
 Date hired
 Email address
 Immediate Superior (Core Approver 1 and Core Approver 2)
 Learning Program Evaluation
 Your feedback is important to us. Please share your thoughts
