Script 1- Academic Task 1
‘According to the diagrams, It demonstrates how the cement produce and how to prodece concrete
for architectures.
After we read the diagram of cement production, we can know that there are four steps to make
cement. At the first stage, limestone and clay are crushed by the crusher into powder is then
delivered to the mixer, where it is mixed. The mixture is subsequently sent to the rotating heater,
after which it is heated and rotated. In the next step, the rotated power is placed on the conveyor
belt, before being ground by the grinder into cement. This final product is packed in bags. In the
process of the concreteproduction, gravel accounts for 50 % of materials, whilecement, water and
sand represent 15%.,10% and 25%respectively. These materials are placed in the concrete mixer,
which rotates clockwise until cencrete is produced.
To summarise, cenment production consists of 4 steps, starting from crushing materials into power
and ending at bagging cement. In contrast, concrete production is simple, mixing four materials.Script 2 - Academic Task 1
The graphs above illustrate the production process of two different products: cement and concrete.
While the progress of making cement appears to be complicated with various steps, the concrete
production remain fairly simple with two main stages.
In order to produce cement, it will require the producer to go through six separate steps. First of all,
the powder as cement raw materials is created by crushing limestone and clay. After that, the
combination of the mix above will go through a mixer which leads to a rotating heater. At this stage,
the mixed powder will be heated under the flame of heating machine in order to be transferred to.a
grinder and be processed to become cement. Finally, the freshly made cement will be put into
separate bags and ready to be transferred to inventory or deliver directly to the manufacturer clients.
On the other hand, the concrete production is simply made by mixing a combination of four different
materials: 15% of cement, 10% of water, 235% of sand and 50% of gravel. The concrete is completely
done when the mixture above enter the concrete mixer and be mixed until the requirement level of
the producer.
Script 3 - Academic Task 1
The two diagrams show how cement and concrete are produced with different materials and
facilities used.
At the first stage, limestone and clay are crushed by the crusher into powder. The powder is then
delivered to the mixer, where it is mixed. The mixture is subsequently sent to the rotating heater,
after which it is heated and rotated, In the next step, the rotated powder is placed on the conveyor
belt, before being ground by the grinder into cement. This final product is packed in bags.
In the process of the concrete production, gravel accounts for 50% of materials, while cement, water,
and sand represent 15%, 10%, and 25% respectively. These materials are placed in the concrete
mixer, which rotates clockwise until concrete is produced.
To summarize, cement production consists of 4 stages, starting from crushing materials into powder
and ending at bagging cement. In contrast, concrete production is simple, mixing four materials.Script 4 - Academic Task 1
The pictures illustrate how the cement's indestry produce it from the beganing untill the end. Overall
it can be clearly seen that cement production has more steps than concrete production
Cement production has ten steps. Whereas, concrete production has the half of this number. Cement
starts with limestons and caly were crashed, after that maixed with powder. Than, heated all these
things together. Finally, it is caused cement.
Concrete production began with four steps in the sametime, so water 10%, cement 15%, sand 25%
and gravel 50%. After that, these ingredients were mixed. Than, the concrete mixcer will mix it before
it changed to cement.
Script 5 - Academic Task 1
There are two diagrams showing the different stages in which cement is made and then used to
produce concrete.
Overall it can be seen that the production of cement is a more complex process consisting of 4 clear
stages, whereas concrete production is much more simple.
Cement production goes through 4 steps before reaching the end product. First of all a mix of
limesone and clay is crushed. It is then mixed in a heated mixing machine before being ground to
form cement. The ground cement is then packed into bags, ready to be used as a raw material to
make concrete. Concrete production is rather simple where 4 materials are added to a concrete
mixer. Half of the mixture is made up of gravel, consisting of small stones and then sand (25%) and
finally cement (15%) and water (10%). The materials are rotated in a concrete mixer drum to form
concrete.GENERAL TRAINING
