ASH WEDNESDAY

• Avoid sin, especially those of the flesh; sloth, gluttony and Lust
Reason of Fasting
1. To grow in self-mastery (Say no)
2. Obedience and discernment (open us up and allows us to be closer to God)

4. To be co-redeemers with Jesus
Almsgiving
• Action that lead us, Christians to see our fellowman, love them
• Dedicate time to your family
• Leaving what I am doing to help
