SOP For ID Creation

 
1. OBJECTIVE 
The purpose of this SOP is described the procedure for creating computer
Domain login ID and other software ID creation.

ID Creation
2. SCOPE:
This SOP is applicable for all the computers associated with laboratory
equipments used in Q.C. laboratory at manufacturing facility ofXXX

3. RESPONSIBILITY:
Applicable to workstation connected to software base instrument/Equipment
in the Quality Control Laboratories.

1. IT Department: Responsible for performing the activities with respect

to  ID creation assigned as per this document.
3. Head Quality Control: Responsible for ensuring that the activities
related to the ID creation are performed as specified in this document.
3. Quality Assurance: Responsible for ensuring that the activities related
to the ID   creation are performed as specified in SOP.
4. PROCEDURE FOR CREATING LOGIN ID:
1. PROCEDURE FOR CREATING DOMAIN LOGIN ID:
1. Log in Domain server.
2. Select respective OU (Organization Unit).
3. Select create user.
4. Specify user name and actual full name of user.
5. Enter Password.
6. Re Enter Password.
7. When the new user logs in with his login id for the first time, he is forced
to change the default password.
8. Minimum length of the user password is 7 characters.
9. Do not allow empty password.
10.Password must meet complexity requirements.
11.The password expires after duration of 45 days, after which the user is
forced to change his old password.
12.10 numbers of password recorded by Domain active directory.
