Salwaa
Slightly sprinkle fish with salt & tumeric. Squeeze over fish, juice of 1/2 a lemon. Put aside for at
least 30 minutes.
Fry fish in little oil 3 minutes aside. Remove fish from pan.
Now add fried fish and cook for a further 5 minutes. Do not stir pot but gently shake contents to mix
well. Add water for to whatever consistency you prefer.
