 Foreword

To ensure the safety of the use of personnel and equipment integrity, in full before using the
instrument please read this Operating Manual, really pay attention to precautions on their use. This
operating manual describes in detail the design principle of the instrument, according to the standard,
construction, operation specifications, calibration, maintenance, possible failure scenarios and
troubleshooting, electrical diagrams. In this variety of manual operation if the reference to "test
requirements," standards are only for reference, if your company feel your own review objections to
the relevant standards or data.

 1. Outline
This instrument is designed and manufactured in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB / T
15171-94 sealed flexible packages of test methods, suitable for food, cosmetic and other seal test
pharmaceutical flexible packaging industry. By testing can effectively compare and evaluate flexible
member of the sealing process and sealing performance, provide a scientific basis for determining
the relevant technical requirements.
MFY-01A seal tester is a kind of compressed air through the vacuum of the original group and
negative pressure test to detect heat-sealing properties and processing of plastic packaging materials.
The instrument is sealed plastic packaging quality and reliability provides an advanced, practical and
effective testing methods, simple operation, a unique new instrument exterior design, easy to observe
the test results, especially to be able to seal the leaks were small holes fast and effective testing.
The main features are as follows:
1. Microcomputer control, you can set test parameters, test process is completely automated;
2. The LCD screen displays the test process, the set pressure, set the dwell time and real-time
pressure and other parameters displayed simultaneously;
3.PVC operation panel, a new button layout, operation is simple and convenient;
4. sealed barrels of high quality material plexiglass pipe wall thickness to achieve the industry's
highest 15mm thickness;
5. dwell time, the test pressure can be set in advance, the testing process to achieve a key operation;

7. Automatic constant qi trials, without manual operation;

be reliable grounding 。2.2.3 Work environment clean, without strong magnetic field and seismic
source, workbench is flat and level.

3.2Operation buttons
Instrument operation control system focus on the operation panel, operating button configuration as
shown in the figure below, the operating keys function is as follows:

"Test" button--the test interface, push down this button, the solenoid valve opens, start pumping air
into vacuum state, the experiment began.
"Switch" button - -in the test interface, press this button and enter the parameters set interface, set the
test parameters; You press this button in the parameter Settings interface, exit the parameters set
interface.

"Stop" button--in the process of test interface test, push down this button, the electromagnetic valve
is closed, the experiment ended; You press this button in the parameter Settings interface, save
Settings.
"Reset" button--you press this button in the test interface, data reset.
"Select" button--at the parameters set interface, press this button to move the cursor up and down.
" Left or right" button - in the parameters set interface, choose to set digital position.
"Up" button - in the parameter Settings interface, set the digital size.
Specific operation detailed in chapter 4 of this manual operation steps and matters needing
attention.

 4.The operation steps and matters needing attention
4.1Unpacking and installation
4.1.1 Disassemble the machine packing, take out the random technical documents and accessories.
4.1.2 Demolition of buffer foam, remove tester.
4.1.3 Remove each packing binder, wipe grease and dirt, puts the flat at the tester stable work
surface.

4.2 tester and test preparation

4.2.1 Put through power supply, open the power switch, electric preheating 5 min.
4.2.2 According to clause 3.2 of this manual is introduced to check the operation keys function, if no
abnormalities can be delivered.
4.2.3 The organic glass cylinder on the host side. Added a certain amount of water or distilled water
to the cylinder, height to the platen surface above about 20 mm (but after joining test samples can't
let
Water is sucked out! ) . Organic glass cylinder cover sealing cover, in order to ensure the sealing
effect, to sprinkle a little water on sealing ring.
4.2.4 Will pressure stable and clean compressed air and instrument 【 compressed air inlet pipe
connected back end position (base), connect the vacuum output 】 and back-end position (base)
Organic glass barrels on the quick connector.
Note: every day before the test, please warm up for 5 minutes; It is strongly recommended that
protection of ground wire of the earth; Once the product data showed abnormal phenomenon,
please immediately shut off the power.
Note: the power switch is turned off again open interval must be more than 10 minutes.

4.3 Parameter setting

4.3.1boot
Switching power supply, open the power switch, the product into the system, and automatically
display the product name and time into self-inspection mode, self-check end test into the interface.

4.3.2 Time setting
Under test interface press "switch" button to enter parameter Settings interface, then press
【 Select 】 keys move the cursor to M.T , press 【Left 】 or【right】 key to select the need to set
up the figures, press 【Up 】 or 【down 】change digital size. Set up complete press "stop" button to
save the Settings. Then press the "switch" key to exit into the parameters set interface test interface.
Note: The unit of the time is Second, The timer will be active after the system pressure achieve the
setting Pressure(M.F).

4.3.3 Parameters set

Under test interface press "switch" button to enter parameter Settings interface, then press
【 Select 】 keys move the cursor, select the M.F then press 【 Left】 or 【right】 select number
of bits needed to set parameters, then press 【Up 】 or 【down 】key to change the size. Set to
complete press "stop" key reserve set, then press the "switch" key to exit into the parameters set
interface test interface.

Add: display name explanation

【pressure 】Display real-time pressure.
[time] display Settings the holding time, reaches the set pressure, the time is to set a time.
【 The holding pressure 】 The holding pressure value of test interface display setting. Parameter
setting interface corresponding to the holding pressure setting.
【Test mode】display instrument test or stop.
【Fill pressure ratio 】Fill pressure setting percentage, the holding pressure drop in the process of
start filling pressure.
【The holding time 】The holding time setting.

 5 The operation test
5.1 The operation test
According to 4.3.3 parameters required to set up.

5.2Place the test specimen

The required test samples, according to the requirements of 4.2.3 into the sealed bucket.

5.3 test
5.3.1Connected to an external source, press "test" button to start the test program. Vacuum
equipment; Arriving at set vacuum degree, the automatically entered into the holding state, pressure
maintaining start timing, if vacuum pressure is less than the set pressure in barrel, automatically fill
pressure.
5.3.2 Observe the vacuum tube, vacuum during and after reaching the preset vacuum vacuum
holding during sample leakage situation, depending on the presence of air bubbles. A single isolated
bubbles is generally not as sample leakage.
5.3.3 End of the end of the timing, the test is completed, the instrument automatically test and back
discharge pressure. Open the sealing cover, take out the test sample, the surface water wipe, and
watch the bag surface damage results.
5.3.4 During the trial or in the process of the pressure rise as sample burst or other condition, press
the "stop" key pressure and stop the holding or pressurized state.

 6 calibration
Prepare a standard vacuum digital display meter before calibration.
6.1 Open the machine power and compressed air →Connect the vacuum output pipes to standard
vacuum digital display meter.
→Set the holding pressure to the max value 99.
6.2 In the parameter Settings interface, press pass word 【******】enter the calibration interface
→ click 【Select】move the cursor up and down, select calibrate row,
→If the numbers are not zero, press the【Zero】button to reset .
→At this time click on 【Up】 key and clockwise or counterclockwise adjust the pressure regulating
valve in the rear of the host at the same time ，Calibration row value will rise and pressure rise to
calibration point 1 →click 【Stop】 to save the calibration values,
At this time calibratioin point will automatically switch to the point 2 and display corresponding
valuse, continue to adjust the pressure regulating valve to make pressure rise to calibration point 2
corresponding values, after click【Stop】save calibration, calibration is complete.
Click on the【Switch】 out of calibration interface.
(instrument factory are professional calibration, users receive the machine without calibration
again! A non-professional prohibit operation!)

7 maintenance
Operators should read operation instruction, strictly abide by the operational procedures, and make
the following maintenance work:
1. Always keep the drugs clean, need not when should add cover dust for a long time.
2. The equipment failure, should ask professional to check out, do not run in spite of illness.
3. Adhere to the cycle test, keep good testing machine technology. Verification cycles are usually for
one year.

2. In order to ensure the sealed bucket sealing effect, can seal sprinkle a little water, before
starting the experiment began to vacuum press sealed lid with the hand, after being stable
pressure rise to loosen your hands.
Sealed bucket placed at the side of the host in the process of test, lest take put samples in the
process of the water splashed into the host, the host of the electrical components to produce
damage!
