    I hereby certify my understanding that access to Confidential Information is provided to me pursuant to the
    terms and conditions of the Non-Disclosure Agreement for the Procurement and Installation of Outdoor LED
    Wall for RHSU dated as of the _12th__ day of ___November_______, 2022_ by and among Adlights
    Incorporated (“BIDDER”) and the Philippine National Police, Police Regional Office (“PROCURING
    ENTITY”).
    I certify that I have given a copy of the Non Disclosure Certificate to Philippine National Police, Police
    Regional Office 3, Regional Bids and Awards Committee attached in bid documents.
    I understand that the contents of the Confidential Information, and Notes or other memoranda, or other form of
    information that copies or discloses Confidential Information shall not be disclosed to anyone.
