Strong growth through customized solutions After steady and continuous growth, Hanspeter Jut- 21 was appointed CEO in 1995. Under his leadershi Richard AG embarked on a dynamic growth phase based on in-house development of customized rallway ‘components, which still continues to this day. This gave rise to the construction of a new assembly hall at our main site in Murgenthal in 2009. Another hall was added in 2018 for the new service and af- ter-sales technology department, just five kilometres away in Rothrist. The number of employees doubled from 60 in 2011 to around 120 today.
