- Needs further training in customer relationship management.
- Company shall maintain relevant course/training for him.

Hisham & Fawzy (Ready Now) :


- Has extensive knowledge of ocean sales management. As well as holder
of relevant certificates in sales.
- Has a very good leadership & communication skills, along with good
experience in managing team.

Mary (Need Further Training) :


- Good in coordination of export shipments, preparing documents, and
communicating with clients, carriers and agents.
- Needs further training on customs regulations & its implementation.
- Company shall maintain relevant course/training for her.

- Has to be replaced with better candidate.
