JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, SARA H. PRINCESS, Filipino, of legal age, married and

presently residing at #8 Begonia Drive, Ladislawa Garden Village,
Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines; and AMIR V. PRINCE, Filipino, of
legal age, single and presently residing at #11 Sampaguita Road,
Ladislawa Garden Village, Davao City, Davao del Sur, Philippines; after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose
and say:

1. That we personally know KARIM ELIJAH SOBONG, who presently

resides at #24 Gumamela Street, Ladislawa Garden Village, Davao
City, Davao del Sur, Philippines, being of acquaintance for a long
period of time;

2. That we know based on our personal knowledge that on,

December 28, 2018, KARIM ELIJAH SOBONG married KHAILAH
ELISHA SOBONG, whose maiden name is KHAILAH ELISHA TIU,
at the Davao Evangelical Church in Davao City, and officiated by
Rev. Samuel Paul Lim;

3. That we also know and hereby declare that KARIM ELIJAH

SOBONG and KHAILAH ELISHA SOBONG begot only the
following children: CYRUS SOBONG, born on November 19,
2020, and FINN SOBONG, born on January 4, 2022;

4. That we are not in any way related to KARIM ELIJAH SOBONG

and KHAILAH ELISHA SOBONG, either by consanguinity or
affinity, nor do we have any interest in whatever matter this Joint
Affidavit could be of use; and

5. As such, we are executing this Joint Affidavit to attest to the truth

of the foregoing facts and for any other legal purpose that this
Joint Affidavit may serve;
