The Marketing You!

Assignment
(Approval Required*)

This is an assignment that addresses you on an individual personal level. It’s about You! It’s an
assignment to help market you to yourself first, to those around you, to your future and to the
world! I’d like you here to do something new for the first time.

You need to do something new that you have never tried before in your life and write a paper
about your experience..

It also includes anything you’ve always wanted to do but never got the chance to and which you
know is something that will benefit you greatly. I’m also very open to all ideas.

For this assignment, while each activity can be different you still need to provide me a write-up of
what you learned from it and how was this experience in details. As a reminder, the idea needs to
be something you didn’t do before and you didn’t start it yet (no historical credit given of course).
If unsure, you can always ask.

The Marketing You assignment is still a totally optional assignment, so it’s a choice, but I highly
encourage you to take advantage of it. It’s a golden opportunity.

The Proposal
If you want to do the assignment you need to first submit a proposal and we need to discuss it
individually in an office meeting (online). The proposal should include
Your top 3 choices of ideas. This should include:
What is Choice 1/2/3?
Why You Want to do it (for each idea)?
And how do you plan to do it (brief methodology)?
Write at least half a page on each choice and state your final choice and why.

The Final Report

The Final report should include your progress, complete experience, final learning and conclusion.
The report should include:
