It is our Turn. We are team C.E.A, the team of 11 consisting of 4people from different places. 3 from GX
and 1 from GD. Appreciate the opportunity to bring us together.

The topic we are going to share this time is: Perfect cross-cultural communication at workplace
containing 4 main sections presented by 4 of us. They are:

Now, I will present you “Why is cross-cultural communication important at the workplace”

From the workforce makeup graphic, you could see that white employee account for 81% in 2010, but
till 2050, it will drop to 75% means employee from another race will increase 6% accordingly.

Last, our smart team leader, Vera will take you 7tips for improving cross-cultural communication at
workplace.
