Throughout these sessions you will be asked to evaluate your work. Use the following list of Sensory Properties to
help you. (Sensory Properties properties where the senses are used to note particular attributes.)
The sensory properties are appearance, flavour, aroma and texture:

Overcooked, undercooked, mushy, limp, soggy, thick, solid, watery, colourful, lumpy, smooth, coarse, dark, light, pale,
jelly like, slimy, creamy, greasy, stringy, gummy, dry, moist, fresh, runny/thin, firm, raw, frothy, foamy, fluffy, pasty,
