USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR FINAL

Installing software

IMPORTANT-READ

This User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you

(Either an individual or a single entity) and may include associated media,

printed materials, and "online" or electronic documentation (collectively,

"Software" or "Software Product"). By installing, copying, downloading,

accessing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms

of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install

or use the Software.

Bachelor'S Degree

The software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties,

and other laws and treaties on intellectual property. Software

is licensed, not sold.

Terms used in this EULA are defined as follows:

"Updates" means all future public software versions,

including public beta

release, maintenance releases, bug fixes,

updates, upgrades,

additions, extensions, modifications and versions

successors.

1 GRANT OF SOFTWARE LICENSE. Softworks unsigned grants you

limited, the following non-exclusive rights:

to. Software. You may install and use the software on a single computer.

You can also make a copy of the software for backup purposes

and archiving.

b. Electronic documents. Only with respect to documents

included in the software, you can make a reasonable number of copies

(Either in paper or electronic form), provided that (a) such copies

used for internal purposes and only in connection with your authorized use of the

Software, and (b) are not published or distributed to third parties.

2 LICENCE LIMITS

to. Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation and Disassembly.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble the Software and

including protocols associated with the Software, except

extent that such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law notwithstanding

this limitation.

b. No changes. You can not edit a piece of software,

including, without limitation, the execution environment including, without

limitation, registry settings.

EULA to third parties.

b. Location. You may not rent, lease or lend the software.

c. Brands. This EULA grants you no rights under

Softworks may terminate this EULA if you violate the terms and

Softworks can make non-beta versions of these updates and / or successor

software versions ("the upgraded") available under the terms of this

f. Support services. Softworks unsigned may provide, but is not necessary

to provide technical and other assistance ("Support Services") for the software.

OTHER SERVICES, INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, AND CONTENT

THE SOFTWARE OR FROM OTHER

USING THE SOFTWARE. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OR

CONDITION OF TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, QUIET POSSESSION,

CORRESPONDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION AND NON

INFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT

THE SOFTWARE.
6 EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL AND CERTAIN OTHER

DAMAGES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED

BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO

CAS UNSIGNED SOFTWORKS OR ITS SUPPLIERS

BE LIABLE FOR ANY

(INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY,

BREACH OF CONTRACT OR BREACH OF WARRANTY OF UNSIGNED SOFTWORKS.

OR ANY SUPPLIER, AND EVEN IF UNSIGNED SOFTWORKS.

HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

7 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND REMEDIES. in spite of

8 ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement is the entire agreement between you

Softworks and unsigned on the Software and supersedes all prior or

oral or written proposals, contemporary, and

representations regarding the software.
