During training at Outsourced Doers, trainees are expected to respond to communication within certain timeframes, attend all meetings on time with camera on, send daily reports, complete weekly surveys, and notify of any inability to attend training in a timely manner. Failure to adhere to these expectations without notice or reason could result in failing the training program.

During your time in training, you are expected to do the following:
1. Respond to any instant message communication from an
Outsourced Doer team member within 120 seconds and any email within 1 hour 2. Attend every meeting, whether these are Huddles, Training Sessions, Connect Calls or Interviews, on time, with your camera on and an Outsourced Doers background loaded. 3. Send your start of day and end of day report, in Basecamp, every day of training. 4. Respond to our weekly training survey, sent at the end of each week, before you log on the following week. 5. If you are unable to attend training, inform us via SMS, 2 hours prior to training start times.
Failure to not adhere to these expectations, without sufficient notice or reason,
may result in you failing the Outsourced Doers training program.
