Dear Maam: On August 20, 2011, I bought an alcoholic beverage particularly San Mig Light at CHAMS convenience store near my residence. I am disappointed because your beer had an odd taste and I think it was already expired because when I opened the bottle with a bottle opener, it did not have a crisp, popping sound and there was less bubbling activity and I think there was no carbonic acid at all because it only taste like alcohol mixed with sugar. Therefore this product is not of satisfactory quality. To resolve the problem I require you to check the convenience store and do a quality check whilst reserving my right to claim against you. Though we do not know the origin of the problem, I think you should also check your factory for faulty manufacturing or mistakes on the quality checker. Enclosed is a copy of the receipt upon my purchase of the product. I look forward to hearing from you and to a resolution of this problem. Dear Mr. Taboada: I am writing to inform you that the goods we ordered from your company have not been supplied correctly. On July 15, 2011, I placed on the purchase order the following products: 5 boxes of Ambroxol (AMBROLEX) 30 mg/5ml syrup and 5 boxes Hydroxyzine dihydrochloride (ITERAX) 10 mg tablet. I received the order yesterday August 23, 2011 and unfortunately there were only 8 boxes. Some of the products have tampered seal which led me to the conclusion that it might have been opened on purpose or maybe accidentally during the shipment process. To resolve the problem, I will give you one month to investigate such problem and eliver the remaining 2 boxes. Kindly check the shipping company being used to transport the products or inspect the quality control area of your company for any discrepancies. Dear Sir: On August 13, 2011, I bought the unit Nokia C5-03, green and black color with the following serial number 2345679876 via internet through credit card. I received the unit on August 20, 2011. Upon opening the box, I was surprised to find out that the unit inside is incorrect. I received a Nokia C5-03 box but the unit inside was Nokia 8210. I thought I ordered at a wrong Nokia website and got victimized by some bogus accounts or sellers but my credit card company called and informed me about my purchase. I had them double checked your website and they said you have all the accreditation numbers and licenses. To resolve the problem, I will give you 2 weeks to investigate and replace my unit with the original unit. Kindly check the shipping company you used to transport the product or inspect your employees for negligence or rather the department responsible for final packaging of products to be shipped.
