Per Proclamation No. 224 s, 1998, Proclamation No. 227 s. 1998, and RA 6949 s.1990, the Schools Division of Isabela is one with the nation in celebrating Women’s Month in March, and National Women’s Day on March 8, 2023. 2. As such, the SDO GAD Focal Point System has planned activities in observance of the said celebration such as: a. “Purple Wednesdays” where SDO-based personnel shall wear the agency advocacy shirt on Wednesdays of March to signify support for women empowerment and gender equality. b. Providing priority lane for all women who have transaction at the Office's Records’ Section from March 1-31, 2023. ¢. Digital poster-making on the prevention of cyberbullying and cybersex exploitation and short film-making contests on how SDO-Isabela advocates gender equality and RA 11313 or the Safe Spaces Act. 3. The culminating activity shall be held on March 29, 2023 at SDO-Isabela Conference Hall to be participated in by all SDO-based personnel. Presentation of submitted contest entries shall be done as well as the awarding of the winning entries. 4. Schools are encouraged to have their own celebration as programmed in their WFP and AIP. 5. They will be assisted by an IT expert for technical matters. Contest Rules: 1, The contest is open to all SDO-Isabela (Proper) personnel regardless of employment status. 2. There shall be one (1) entry per functional division. 3. The short film should run for a maximum of three (3) minutes only. 4. Entries should be original. In accordance to the copyright laws, music used in an entry must be original, licensed or in the public domain (ask permission from the composer). 5. Entries should not contain any offensive or inappropriate language, image and/or content. Animation films are strongly discouraged. The video should be appropriate for general viewership. 6. Video resolution should be at least 720p (1280x720), 25fps frame rate. 7. Decision of the judges shalll be final and irrevocable. 8. All entries shall be considered property of SDO-Isabela. 9. Entries shall be posted in SDO-Isabela FB page.
