THE GALACTIC

DRAGON
Intrepid (read: foolish) explorers have always
sought to understand what lives beyond the
known mortal realms. Many of these creatures
are beyond understanding and few survive to
tell tales of their fearsome power. But there are
those that show no interest in the destruction of
mortals and even seem to act as shepherds and
protectors of the mass among the stars.
Galactic Dragons are such creatures. Huge,
onyx creatures with eyes glowing as bright as
stars, these majestic creatures soar on silent wings
through the outer realms, staving off the terrible,
unknowable abominations of the void with their
nova breath weapon and anti-magic ray.

SHEPHERDS OF THE WAYWARD

TRAVELER
Reports of Galactic Dragons ushering mortals
out of danger and beyond the outer realms are
infrequent but not uncommon amongst those
who travel in the deep unknown.

POWERED BY THE STARS

Scant as they may be, the few reports of the
galactic dragons in battle describe their attacks on
the magnitude of the stars themselves. Rumored
stories of galactic dragons eating dying stars have
even circulated as the source of their tremendous
power.

LAIR ACTIONS
On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the
Galactic Dragon takes a lair action to cause one
of the following effects; the Galactic Dragon can’t
use the same effect two rounds in a row.
◆ All light in the Galactic Dragon’s lair rushes
into the dragon - creating a magical darkness
in a 200-foot radius from the dragon. This
darkness lasts for one round - until the next
