2 Before provicing/depositing your phone for testing and repsiing to the Service Centre Personnel, we recommend youto: Log cut of your
personal account, back up important personal datz, and delete sensitive personal data to prevent data from being synced to your cloud
account or loss of any information including personal data during repair
3 The customer shall produce the original jod sheet at the time of receipt ofthe delivery of Products, i2,, Mobil2 Phone including accessories,
from the Authorized OPFO Service Centre (hereinafter called as "Service Centre’). The Service Centre eserves the right to refuse the
delivery inthe absence of the original job sheet, However, In case of opting the digtaljob sheet, you hereby agree to adhereto the
procedure as communicated by the Serve centre personnel and captioned at the website of the Company.
4 Incase the customer losas the original ob sheet, the customer shall submit an affidavit on Rs. 10/- nonudicial stamp paper othe stamp
paper ofthe appropriste value (as applicable) along with ID proof for the same with the Service Cente to collect the Product (Applicable
éalyin case of customer not consenting for Digital Jobsheet).
5 The Service Centre shall no be obliged to undertake the repair of products which are physically damaged, such as waterlogged, liquid
damaged tampered malfunction as ees of ep cared out by wnattonzed personel. case the products repated through ny
unauthorized service Centre/Person during the warranty period, the warranty ofthe Product shall be declared as void immediately
6 The Service Centre provides a warranty of 90 days from the date of handing over the product to the customer after carrying out repair on
the outwarrenty product subjected to clause 3 above.
7. The defective parts replaced while undertaking the repair of the product wll not be returned) handed over to the customer in view of E-
Waste (Management) Rules, 2016
8 The charges for labour as well as spares parts replaced used for out of warrenty product shall be as per the applicable price list approved
and recommended by the Service Centre
9 Incase the customer has not taken the delivery ofthe product from Service Centre within 30 (thirty) days from the date of intimation by the
Service Centte, he Service Centre reserves the night to dispose ofthe product to recover the repair chatges/ cost
10 The Service Centre wil not be liable for any delay due to non-performance, falure or non-delvery of the products due to contingencies
arising from any force majeure, acts of God including but not limitedto storm, earthquake, cident. strikes, lck-out industrial dispute,
labour trouble, transportation embargo, imminence or the eristence of any state emergency, war, warlike condition, civil commotion right,
inability to obtain any material, refusal of leense, approval or impastions of sanctions, any measures taken by the government which
rendbrs it impossible or impractical forthe Service Centra to perform, supply, service or deliver the Product to the customer.
11. The Service Centre will not be liable for any information/ data losses during the repair.
12 Accessories will be accepted at the owner’ risk, and the Service Centre shall not be held responsible for the accessories not recorded in
the receipt.
18 All disputes are subject tothe jurisdiction of the Courts et Gurgaon (Haryana) only
