BIM Execution Plan (BEP) – Refer to the agreed
BEP (see PAS 1192–2) which will apply to the

process for developing/amending the BEP. State
how any conflict between the EIRs and the BEP will
be resolved.

Provisions in the Protocol apply. If nothing is included at
Appendix 3 or if it states “not used” the Security Minded
Provisions will not apply.
Sensitive Information – specify any project information
Appendix 3 which is “Sensitive Information” and therefore treated
(optional) differently to other information.
Employer’s Standards – identify the Employer’s general
Security Requirements.
Project Specific Standards– identify the Security
Requirements specific to the Project.

6.4 Any licence and/or sub-licence granted in
clause 6.3 shall not include the right to:
6.4.1 amend or modify the Material without the
Project Team Member’s written consent (not to
be unreasonably withheld), save where such
amendment or modification is:

Clause 5.2
Save where it is a result of the Project Team
Member’s failure to comply with this
Protocol and/or the Agreement, the Project
Team Member shall have no liability to the
Electronic Employer in connection with any corruption
Data Exchange or unintended amendment, modification or
alteration of the electronic data (including,
without limitation, any software) in any
