FAQ – eSIM 275 Offer

1. What is eSIM?
eSIM is a digital SIM card embedded already in certain smartphones that support the eSIM technology.
With an eSIM customers can activate their plan and connect to the network without a physical SIM
card.

2. What are the compatible phones for eSIM?


Till date, iPhone XS, XR, XS Max, 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max and SE (or later with iOS 12.1 or later), Samsung
S20, S20 Plus, S20 Ultra, Fold2, Z Flip, Note20, Note20 Ultra, Google Pixel 3 and 4, Huawei P40 and P40
PRO are compatible with the eSIM solution.

3. What is the eSIM offer?


Customers who will activate a new line on eSIM 275 offer will get the following:

o Mobile Wi-Fi 275 Plan – 100GB Full Speed + 100GB at 3 Mbps


o 1500 local minutes free per month for 12 months
o Try before you buy (within 30 days)
4.What happens if I cancel after the Trial period?
Customer who do not cancel within 30 days will have a lock in period of 3 months.

3. Can I have more than one active eSIM on my device at the same time?
No. However, each eSIM can save up to 10 profiles on iPhone devices, up to 8 profiles on Samsung
devices but you can only use one profile at a time.

4. Is the eSIM offer available on both Postpaid and Prepaid plans?


No, the special eSIM offer is available only with Mobile Wi-Fi 275 plan

5. Can I use local minutes as part of my global allowance?


No, local minutes are only for local use, cannot be used for international or roaming calls.

6. How I will download the eSIM profile?

For IOS
1. Make sure the device is connected to the internet via WiFi
2. Settings, then Cellular.
3. Select Add cellular plan.
4. Open and point your camera at the QR code on your eSIM activation card until you see installing
cellular plan.
5. All set! Your eSIM is now downloaded and installed.

For SAMSUNG / Android


1. Head into your Settings > Connections
2. Select SIM card manager
3. Tap on + Add mobile plan
4. Add eSIM plans by scanning QR Code or using activation code
5. Position the QR code or barcode within the guide lines to scan it
6. Once your place has been added tap on OK
7. Once you have activated your eSIM, you can view in SIM card manager

7. Can I swap to Physical SIM later?
Yes you can, but then you will lose eSIM special free local minutes.
