NASKAH VIDEO EDUCATIONAL

One bright morning, Geby had just woken from her sleep, but when she opened her eyes and sat
at the edge of her mattress, about to go to the bathroom, she felt pain in her muscles and joints
that were all over her body. (flashbacks) however, this time the pain was more than usual. The
pain she's endured has caused her curiosity to emerge.

At the study table

Gaby opens a laptop and opens a search engine typing on its symptom. The search results came
in the first "lupus", and she looked and looked and began to worry. She called her friend,
wanting to call her parents but worrying too much about how her parents would react. Even her
illness is uncertain.

She dialed her friend number and began to call

Geby : hello (in a small voice)
Ana : hey, what's up?
Geby : I'm very worried right now. So, a few years ago
Ana : haa, why are you telling me now? Have you seen a doctor?
Geby : not yet, I'm afraid
Ana : I'll pick you up tomorrow. We should go to a doctor
Geby : ok

The next day

Doctor : Good morning, what's the complaint?
Geby : stories…
Doctor : From the symptoms you described, it caused an autoimmune disease. Don't worry, to
confirm your symptoms I suggest you do a laboratory check.
Geby : all right, doc, thanks

A and b are heading to the lab

Once in the lab, the serum is taken for further testing
In the laboratory
An ANA (Anti Nuclear Antibody) IgG check is conducted to determine whether auto-antibodies
are against the cell's core. Gives it so good sensitivity to SLE (Systemic Lupus Erythematosus)
that it's often used for autoimmune rheumatism screening. It is also recommended by physicians
for conditions of other systemic rheumatism based on clinical history. The method used was
Elisa (Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay). Next is the sample, the sample used is a serum
with a minimum volume of 1 ml. If the result is positive, it will be more than 60 units.

After several days of waiting for the lab results, the results are finally out. The result was
positive for lupus

Conclusion: lupus is an autoimmune disease, to confirm the existence of lupus in our bodies, we
should do a laboratory check. One of the examinations was that of ANA IgG
