AMENDING FORM 10, ARIZONA RULES OF FAMILY LAW PROCEDURE

A petition having been filed proposing to amend Form 10, Arizona

Rules of Family Law Procedure, and no comments having been received,

upon consideration,

IT IS ORDERED that Form 10, Arizona Rules of Family Law

Procedure, be amended by replacing current Form 10 with the attached

Form 10, effective January 1, 2014.
