All. concerned Sector IsG (Under whose administrative control the above identified Recruitment centres are functioning) are requested to make all necessary arrangements in advance for smooth conduct of recruitment as was done during previous recruitment and ensure availability of following items/equipments in the recruitment centre well in advance: i) Availability of space for recruitment. (PST & Documentation) ii) Digital height measuring devise or Height Measuring Stand of ISI Mark. iii) Height Bars iv) Sufficient number of measurement tapes for chest measurement of ISI Mark. Vv) Certified weighing measuring machine. vi) Required stationery items. ii) Sufficient number of computers with webcam & internet connectivity and peripherals. First Aid Kit. Accommodation and transport for the recruitment board Arrangement of drinking water and toilets (Separate for Male & female) candidates. Units concerned will make necessary security arrangement at the places of recruitment.
