During this session you may have felt frustrated as other players weren't able to deliver, or ordered too much.

The most important part of this game is to analyse the mechanisms behind those difficulties, and how we can overcome them.

Cost : throughout the session your supply-chain required €290,665.

Service level : during 14 weeks at least one of the stakeholders had backlog. That's 28% of the session time.

Good point however : the retailer was never out of stock, so your beers were always available for sale.
Variability : the biggest order was sent by the manufacturer on week 5 : 99pcs.
