    code at the TRS facility at your port of departure.
    Ensure you have the following items ready to be inspected:

    The goods you are claiming a refund against;


    Your Tax Invoice(s);
    Your passport; and
    Your boarding pass.

    If, when requested, you cannot present some or any of the items listed above prior to
    departing the country, some or all of your claim may be rejected.
