That, the terms Vendor and Vendee herein used shall mean and include all
their respective legal heirs, legal representatives, successors, assignors etc
WHEREAS, the Vendor just prior to this Absolute Sale agreement has been
the absolute owner in occupation and possession of Two Open Plots No. 61 & 62
and Plot No. 63 Consisting of Four Shops with Four Shutters, each plot
Measuring 30'x40’ (Total Area 3600 Sq.ft.) adjacent to each other in Land
Sy No.25/1 of Village MADARSANHALLI Tq. Dist: Kalaburagi. by virtue of
Agreement for Sale of Open Plot dated 10" day of August 2021, sold and executed
by its previous Owner: Khaja Mainuddin S/o Khaja Wahiduddin R/o Shaikh Roza,
Kalaburagi Vide 1) Plot No. 61 Notarial Regd No. 1024, Receipt No. 1024 date
10-08-2021. 2) Plot No. 62 Notarial Regd No. 1023, Receipt No. 1023 dated: 10-
08-2021. 3) Plot No. 63 Notarial Regd No. 1025, Receipt No. 1025 dated: 10-08-
2021. Therefore, the Vendor has got full rights to dispose of the above said
property, which is bounded as under.

WHEREAS, the Vendor/the First party due to his family necessities and to
meet his legal debts has approached to the Vendee and expressed his desire to sell
the above said three plots with shutters for a sale consideration amount of
Rs.12,00,000/- (Rupees Twelve Lakhs Only) for Plot No. 61 & 62 each and
Plot No. 63 Consisting of Four Shops for Rs.14,00,000/- i.e. totally
Rs.38,00,000/- (Rs. Thirty Eight Lakhs only) for Three Plots, for which the
Vendee has consented to purchase on the said consideration price.
