Non-Compete Agreement

This Contract is executed by and between 

Morbi vestibulum, velit id pretium iaculis, diam erat fermentum justo, nec condimentum neque sapien
placerat ante. Nulla justo. Aliquam quis turpis eget elit sodales scelerisque., with an address at 4338
Bay Point 08 Spenser Park Glendale Arizona 85305, (hereinafter referred to as the "Employer"); and

Benjy Grastye, with an address at 4338 Bay Point 08 Spenser Park Glendale Arizona 85305, (hereinafter
referred to as the "Employee");

WHEREAS, the Employer runs a business of Morbi a ipsum.;

WHEREAS, the Employer employs the Employee which industry may be the same as other businesses
which may be in compete with the Employer's business;

WHEREAS, the Employee, without restriction to multiple employment, agrees to certain restrictions herein

as partial consideration for the Employer’s employment with the company.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the mutual agreements herein provided, the parties to this
Contract agree to as follows:

The Agreement

This Agreement shall be construed to be limited to the subject matter of covenants

where the Employee agrees not to compete in any of the business herein by the
Company as described in this Agreement. 

Term of Agreement

This Agreement shall be effective and shall remain in effect from the time of the signing
of this Agreement by the parties, throughout the term of Employee's employment with
the Company and for a period of 6 thereafter.

Non-Compete

Employee agrees that at no time during the term of Employee's employment with the
Company will Employee engage in any business activity which is competitive with the
Company nor work for any company which competes with the Company. 

Employee shall not, for Employee's own benefit or on behalf of any other person or
business enterprise, engage in any business activity which competes with the Company.

Non-solicitation

Employee agrees not to solicit any other employee or independent contractor of the

Company for the benefit of another business enterprise, nor shall Employee
induce another employee or independent contractor associated with the Company to
terminate an employment.

Soliciting Customers

Employee shall not solicit, contact, take away, or enter into contract with any of the
Company's customers or clients whom Employee became acquainted during the term of
employment with Company. Neither shall Employee, directly or indirectly, disclose to any
person, firm, or corporation the names or addresses of any of the customers or clients
of the Company or any other information pertaining to them the customers or clients.

Separability Clause

Should any of the provision of this Contract be held invalid by any competent court, the
same shall apply only to the said provision involved and the remaining provisions hereof
shall remain valid and enforceable.

Agreement Modi cation

No modification or alteration of this Contract shall be considered as having been made

unless executed in writing and duly signed by the parties hereto.

Relativity

This Agreement inures to the benefit of, and is binding upon the successions and
assigns of the parties hereto.

Prior Understandings  

This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the
subject matter of this Agreement.   The Agreement supersedes all prior understanding,
agreements, or representations. 

Non-waiver

The failure of either party to insist upon the strict compliance with and performance of
any of the terms, conditions and covenants hereof shall not be deemed as a
relinquishment or waiver of any rights or remedy that said party may have, nor shall it be
construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach or default of the terms, conditions, and
covenants herein contained, but the same shall continue to be in full force and effect.
No waiver of either party shall be deemed to have been made unless expressed in
writing and duly signed by the waiving party.

Judicial Action

Any action arising from or brought under this Contract shall be filed with the proper
courts of Morbi vestibulum, velit id pretium iaculis, diam erat fermentum justo, nec
condimentum neque sapien placerat ante. Nulla justo. Aliquam quis turpis eget elit
sodales scelerisque., to the exclusion of all other venues that are hereby expressly and
willingly waived by the parties.
