JAY D. DOHERTY This Contract, effective June 1, 2018, is made by and between Commonwealth Edison, 440 S, LaSalle Street, Chicago, IL 60605 and Jay D. Doherty & Associates, 210 E. Pearson Street, #9B, Chicago, Ilinois 60611. 1. Term of Contract. This Contract is effective from June 1, 2018 through January 31, 2019, and continues from month to month thereafter until terminated in writing. The Contract may be terminated by either party and for any reason, effective 30 days after written notice is delivered. 2. Services: Government and Public Affairs Professional Services for the following: City Council, Department Heads and Mayor's Office, plus expanded role with Cook County Board President's office and Cook County Commissioners and Department Heads. 3.
