    Re: EMAS CREW FUND FLOAT AGREEMENT

    With reference to our past arrangement for our Vessel and crews processing in Kepulauan
    Riau -Indonesia, where we recognize of high expenses incurred.

    In view of this, we will arrange a float sum amount of SGD 30,000.00 to your office’s
    account, where CV DUTRA JAYA will be fully responsible and accountable to maintenance
    such fund float. A supporting document require for each transaction make when future
    request to top up said fund.

    Please acknowledge and agreed of this EMAS Offshore Services Pte Ltd crew Float Fund
    agreement condition.
