How to Train Your Grandparent.

The smell of freshly baked pie, a rocking chair and two elderly smiling people. That is how I,
and many more, would describe grandparents' houses. I would love to show you the many mutual
benefits of a good relationship with your grandparents and interesting ways of spending time
together. This article is based on Dylan Mulvaney's podcast on the topic.

Many elderly people suffer from loneliness, which is why a company of a vivid young soul is
an exciting time for them. It will increase their well-being, which in addition is a good influence on
their health. If you listen to their stories, you might be shocked at how life used to look like.
Furthermore, you will learn about your ancestors, and who knows? You may be related to a well-
known person or a hero. Regarding teenagers' well-being, grandparents may provide acceptance,
support and understanding. These factors are crucial for a growing young person and help them be
confident in future. Sometimes an older individual has problems with everyday activities. That is
where a teenager comes in handy. Mowing a lawn, doing groceries or dusting are not complicated
tasks; every teenager can execute them. It will greatly improve their self-esteem, and grandparents
will reward it. Best activities to do with your grandparent:

 Playing cards or board games,

 Cooking
 Going on a walk.

To conclude, I encourage everyone to spend as much time as possible with their grandparents.
