SUB :-OFFER CUM APPOINTMENT LETTER

Dear MOJAFFAR MOLLA,

With reference to your Application and subsequent interview,we are pleased to appoint you as SSR with our Company project
for Blue Star CPPD(RAD) on the following terms and conditions.Your city of Posting at the time of joining will be New Delhi.
Your Terms & Conditions will be as Follows :-

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT

1. Your contract of employment shall be valid from "11-Apr-2021 " to "30 Sep 2025" Notwithstanding this, in the event of the
project'work for which you are being employed comes to an end before the aforementioned period, this contract shall be
coterminous with the aforementioned project/work. At the end of the above referred period, the contract will stand
terminated automatically without any notice or communication to you, unless they are explicitly extended by us by a letter in
writing or through formal communication.

2. Notwithstanding anything above, depending upon the aforementioned project/work, the company reserves its right to
extend your temporary appointment for such period or periods as may be necessary depending upon the exigencies
relatable to the work for which you are hereby engaged. In that event, the company shall in writing extend your temporary
assignment on the terms as may be indicated in such letter and in the event of your acceptance of such extension of the
assignment you shall be governed by such terms and conditions as may be indicated therein.

3. Your services after confirmation can be terminated on either 03 days paid notice or 07 days working notice based on
management discretion in lieu of notice by the company. However, no notice or compensation will be given if the
management finds you guilty for reasons of indiscipline, dishonesty or any type of moral breach of your responsibility.

4. During the employment if you want to resign from the services, 15 days notice period is required if failed, the company will
not make any payment. No leave will be granted during the Notice period.

5. During the period of the fixed contract, your services could be deputed at the sole discretion of the management to any of

our Clients Company to do work pertaining to or incidental to the clients business.

6. During the course of employment with us or afterward you will not give to anyone by word of Mouth or otherwise any
particulars of details of administrate, and /or technical organizational Matters whether confidential, secret or otherwise which
you acquire during the course of your Employment and thereafter you will keep secrets and will not divulge to any person,
firm or Company whomsoever (other than director/partner of the company or their authorized representatives), your salary,
increments, and emoluments.

7. You are accepted to keep all company property in good condition that you may possess during your employment period
with the company. Any such loss may be assessed by the company and necessary damages may be recovered from you as
deemed fit by the company at any point m time.

MEDICAL FITNESS

8. The appointment or its continuance is further subjected to your remaining medically, physically and mentally fit you will
submit to such medical examination as and when to consider necessary by the company, failing to do so would be
considered gross misconduct entailing dismissal from services. In the event of your leaving the employment without giving
one months notice or payment in lieu thereof, we will be entitled to recover this amount from any due payable to you.

PLACE OF POSTING

9. Your services are liable to be transferred/assigned to any department’section or division or the company anywhere in India
and/or to any office or any member concern or sister concern of the organization, existing or likely to come into existence.
You will be obliged to accept any job assigned by the company.

10. During the course of your employment, you will get in touch with lots of customers and would be required to make deals
with lots of them. After you leave the company at any point, you will be restricted to deal with those Customers for a
period of two years for any direct or allied businesses, that client'profile deals in.

11. Your appointment is based on your representation regarding your experience and qualifications. In case, at any point in
time, this is found to be incorrect, you shall be liable for immediate termination without notice by the company. You
consent to initiate all necessary background as may be required by the company directly or through a third party.

12. Your age mentioned in the Matriculation'Higher secondary certificate will be the conclusive proof of your date of birth.

signing the duplicate in token of your having accepted the offer cum appointment on the above terms & conditions and below

* You are entitled to a retiral benefit of gratuity as per the provision of " payment of Gratuity Act, 1972". The Amount indicated is
equivalent to 15 days basic salary on a basis of 26 day in month, for every completed year, as part thereof, in excess of 6 months, The
payment shall be contingent upon continuous service of 5 years with the Company.

You will be entitled to Medical Insurance Coverage as per company policy.
PT and LWF will be applicable as per State Rule
