numbers issued with the new accounts. it is because we have added more servers to
our brokers, so you are getting new account numbers with a different server type.

I have logged in to your account and it is working perfectly fine. Allow me to give
you step-by-step instructions.

Step 1: Download MT5 from here: https://www.metatrader5.com/en

Step 2: Go to File> Open an account

Step 3: Type Eightcap in the search bar, hit enter, select Eightcap EU Ltd & click
next

Step 4: Select 'connect with an existing trading account', type the account number
& password, and select server 'EightcapEU-Live'. Then click Finish.

Step 5: Wait for a few seconds. You should now be able to login and trade on your
acocunt

suffix 'i' as those are the tradeable instruments e.g EURUSD.i, USDJPY.i etc..
