Margaret Belle (Yocum) Smith, daughter of the late Lloyd Freeman, son of the late William and Emma
Marvin and Oda (Long) Yocum, was born in Moun- (Crisp) Freeman, was born August 14, 1922, at

Bobby then went back to teaching and taught for 16

Sarah Vaughan on June 1, 1979, in Mountain Grove. Bobby enjoyed playing fast
pitch and slow pitch softball in his younger days and was a very good athlete.
His greatest passion in life was serving Jesus Christ. He was saved and baptized
at the age of eleven. Later in life he served as deacon, Sunday school teacher and

Baptist Church of Mountain Grove.
After moving to pringfield years ago, obby and arah have been attending

Jane Coonts, also of Mountain Grove; Susan Wurner, of Olympia, Wash.; and
Evelyn Knight, of Oregon; as well as many friends and church family. He will
be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Christopher Thompson, son of Scott and Sarah
Thompson, was born Feb. 21, 1980, in Memphis,
Tenn., and departed this life on Oct. 10, 2022, at 42
years, 7 months and 19 days of age. Chris attended
school in Hernando, Miss. and Kickapoo High
