3. This would be further used for obtaining the workload of the staff regular and hired.
4. This time table would be used for budget preparations, so while assigning any class on any particular day and timings to a
particular staff member, clash with conventional as well as BS classes (even in other departments) must be avoided
because clashed classes would not be paid.
