A Vandal is a person who damages public property.

A Murderer is a person who kills someone violently.

A hooligan is a person who is violent on purpose.

3° Do police officers treat all the people in the same way? Does the neighbourhood or
place where action happens (disco, stadium, etc.) count in any way on their attitude
towards offenders?
Police don’t treat people the same and i think that the place where the action happens if
the attitude towards them affects it.
4° What equipment do police officers carry? Do you think it is enough?
The police carry a radio, firearms, gun, bullet proof vest, and hadcuffs.

I have not had to report an accident to the police station.
