Background: You may want to see the values of a property (e.g. Permeability) in the
Statistics tab along the K-layer and then copy and paste the results into the output sheet. To
do that for every K-layer would be a tedious task, therefore a workflow has been proposed.

Result: The statistics for each layer of cells are calculated in the vertical direction (i.e. K-
direction in Petrel) by using a predefined function under geometry in the property calculator.
The statistical results are presented in an output sheet as shown below.

Prerequisite:

1. This workflow calculates the statistics based on up scaled properties. Hence, make
sure that the property of interest is defined under properties in the modeling tab.

2. Open the workflow and follow the instructions in the comment fields.

3. Before running the script, set warning level to 0 in lower left corner of the process
manager workflow window. If not the script will stop because of grid cells without
any values.

4. Press RUN and examine the results in the output sheet.
